An intermediate level dance course for teen dancers to expand their technique and musical theatre styles dance skills! Focus for this course will be on more advanced ballet technique and musical theatre dance styles.

Advanced Sewing (Teens & Adults) (6720)

SESSION I: October 23 - December 4 - Alterations and Mending
NOTE - Classes will NOT meet on Thursday, November 27th, 2025
After mastering the basics of sewing in our introductory level course, students are encouraged to join our Advanced Sewing Session! This course will focus on advancing your sewing skills as well as focusing in on specific techniques and projects during each session!

Sweeney Todd - Audition Workshop

An Audition Preparatory Workshop for Springfield Little Theatre's production of SWEENEY TODD will be offered Monday, December 15th from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM at The Judy.
Whether it’s your first audition or your 20th, everyone can benefit from a show’s audition workshop! Learn how to choose the material that’s best for you, develop your cold reading skills, improve your vocal selections, survive a dance audition, and make your very best impression!
Participants are asked to prepare a one-minute vocal selection and bring sheet music. An accompanist will be provided. If you need help finding a selection that works for you, no worries, we can help you accomplish that at the workshop! A movement combination will also be taught, and participants will have the opportunity to explore cold readings, as well.

Springfield Little Theatre is excited to offer four skill-building Tap Dancing Workshops led by grand-dame Chyrel Love Miller, who will be steering the ship for Anything Goes, the closing ta-da of our 2025-2026 Landers mainstage season!
Whether you’re new to tap or looking to sharpen your skills, these workshops offer something for you:
· First Half: Beginner Level Perfect for newcomers! Learn foundational tap steps, terminology, and rhythm basics in a supportive and fun environment.
· Second Half: Experienced Dancers Dive deeper into combinations, style, and performance flair.
Experienced dancers are invited to attend the full workshop, starting with the beginner session to warm up and refine their fundamentals. Beginners are welcome to stay for the entire workshop and challenge themselves alongside more advanced dancers.
Don't miss this exciting opportunity to dance, grow, and/or prepare for auditions for the show!
